Name the page, file, report, workshop, design, recording, or configured system. Add quantities, formats, platforms, and dimensions where they matter.
Avoid labels such as support, strategy, or design without saying what those activities produce.
Add a completion condition
State the approved source material, quality level, supported state, or review step that marks completion.
Do not promise outcomes controlled by customers, algorithms, vendors, or market conditions. Promise the work you can deliver.
Pair outputs with boundaries
List likely adjacent work that is excluded and identify client inputs required for delivery.
Review whether the price and schedule still make sense for the full deliverable list before sending the scope.
