Product use

Scopeezy provides document templates and a browser-based tool for creating scopes of work. You are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and approving every document before relying on it in a client engagement.

No professional advice

Scopeezy is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Templates may not address the requirements of a particular project or jurisdiction. Obtain professional advice when appropriate.

AI-assisted suggestions

The optional AI quality check may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable suggestions. It does not provide professional advice and must not be treated as an authoritative review. You are responsible for deciding whether to use each suggestion and for confirming that the final scope matches the project agreement.

Access terms and lifetime meaning

Free access includes the features described in the product at the time of use. Time-limited passes expire after the duration shown at purchase. Lifetime access means access to the current Scopeezy product for its commercial life. It does not mean the purchaser’s lifetime and does not promise perpetual hosting, support, updates, or access to separately released future products. Payment processing, taxes, and refunds are subject to the checkout provider terms, applicable law, and the offer shown at purchase.

License limits

A paid license is personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable. Unless a checkout offer states otherwise, a license may be activated on up to three devices. You may not publish, share, resell, sublicense, or distribute a license key, bypass access controls, use the product to attack or disrupt a service, or use Scopeezy unlawfully.

Suspension and revocation

Scopeezy may suspend or revoke access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, a payment reversal, chargeback abuse, unauthorized license sharing or resale, a security threat, unlawful conduct, or a material violation of these Terms. Where practical and safe, Scopeezy will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to resolve a correctable issue. This provision does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Product changes and discontinuation

Scopeezy may modify features, pricing, integrations, or availability as the product develops. Scopeezy may discontinue all or part of the product and will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide advance notice when practical. If the product is discontinued, continued hosted access, maintenance, and updates are not guaranteed.

Company transactions

Scopeezy may assign or transfer these Terms, licenses, and related rights and obligations as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Scopeezy business. A successor may continue, modify, or discontinue the product subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Availability and responsibility

The service is provided on an as-available basis. Keep your own copies of important documents because browser storage can be cleared or lost. To the extent permitted by law, Scopeezy is not responsible for project disputes, lost data, or decisions based on generated documents.
