Scope documents and saved details
Scope drafts, reusable business details, license keys, and license activation identifiers are stored locally in your browser. Scope text is not sent to Scopeezy servers unless you explicitly run the optional AI quality check. Selected business-profile fields and project ranges are sent only when you choose optional product research. Clearing browser storage can remove locally saved information.
Optional AI quality check
When you select Check my scope, Scopeezy sends only the project template, outcome, deliverables, exclusions, timing, revision count, and working notes to OpenRouter and the model provider, currently NVIDIA, for processing. Business names, client names, project names, contact details, addresses, and pricing are excluded. The returned review is cached only for the browser session. A one-way request-address hash and event time are retained for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Do not submit confidential or sensitive project information to the AI quality check.
Verified email lead capture
An email address is required to unlock the first free PDF export. Scopeezy rejects known disposable providers, checks that the email domain can receive mail, and sends a short-lived verification code through Resend. A successfully verified email, selected template identifier, download count, and consent choices are stored as a lead in Neon. A one-way request-address hash and short-lived challenge metadata are used for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
Optional product research
If you select the product-research option, Scopeezy stores your business name, contact name, business phone, business website, template category, currency, pricing-model category, project-value band, unit-rate band, timeline band, deposit band, revision count, and document-structure counts. Exact prices, client names, client contact details, addresses, project names, outcomes, deliverable text, exclusion text, and scope notes are not included. These signals are used in aggregate to understand product needs and pricing, not to set an individual user’s price.
Analytics and payments
Scopeezy uses Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate product usage. Paid checkout and license validation are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You can decline optional marketing and product-research consent and still unlock the free export. Product verification messages are sent only when you request a code. You can disable remembered business details or clear them from the Details tab. For a privacy request, contact the site owner through the contact method provided with your purchase receipt.
